Built with high-strength ABS tubes and stainless steel housing, and featuring a motor adaptation design, it overcomes the previous 10 kg load limitation. The series now supports wide-range dynamic loading and can be tailored to user-specific power requirements, covering needs from laboratory research to full-scale industrial applications. Standard rotation speeds range from 5 to 300 RPM, with higher speeds available upon request (Maximum 1000 RPM).
Designed to address challenges in cutting-edge fields such as new energy and chemical industries, the LTR-1L offers outstanding compatibility. It excels in a variety of demanding applications—including mixing battery active materials with additives, homogenizing high-viscosity electrode slurries, and handling industrial-grade solid-liquid systems. It even extends into innovative applications like 360° rotary cleaning of gas cylinders (e.g., oxygen or argon tanks), with programmable timing and bidirectional rotation to enhance internal surface cleaning efficiency.
Users only need to provide the specifications of their mixing containers to receive a comprehensive one-stop solution—from mechanical analysis and structural optimization to complete system delivery. Rigorously tested, the system maintains a speed accuracy of ±0.5 RPM even under continuous operation.
