The GLTLab-500HD is an industrial ultra-large heating magnetic stirrer developed by GLT(shenzhen), specially designed for pilot scale-up tests, large-volume solution mixing, batch sample processing, and industrial reagent preparation. Equipped with a super-large 500×500mm integrated heating plate, 2500W high-power heating system and high-torque brushless drive motor, the equipment supports a maximum stirring volume of100L, which effectively solves the capacity and heating uniformity limitations of conventional laboratory magnetic stirrers.
The whole machine adopts full stainless steel structure, featuring corrosion resistance, impact resistance and stable continuous operation. It supports a wide speed range of 150–2500rpm and a heating temperature range of 40℃–260℃. With intelligent PID constant temperature control technology, it provides uniform heating and stable stirring performance for large-scale chemical synthesis, material dispersion, pharmaceutical preparation and environmental pretreatment processes.
